At Wolff Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
